Prepare financial analysis, interpret and explain data;

Write and review regulatory planning documents (business continuity, strategy);

Create insightful reports and present the conclusions to the management;

 Help us to prepare for internal and external regulatory meetings (liaising with stakeholders, putting together presentations, presenting and taking minutes in the C-suite committees);

Work closely with the EU and Latvian regulators on new initiatives;

Collaborate with colleagues in IT, Finance, Risk;

Monthly salary according to your expertise:

- Latvia starting from 1600 - 2600 EUR gross before taxes

- Lithuania 2000 - 3000 EUR gross before taxes

- Estonia - according to your expertise

Experience in banking or finance is a strong advantage;

A degree in the field of business, economics, mathematics or IT;

Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

Ability to prepare analysis and to explain it to colleagues;

Understanding of a bank's balance sheet & main operations;

At least basic level in SQL;

A proactive problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn on the job;

Knowledge of banking regulations is an advantage;

Proficiency in English and local language.
