Explore the role

  • Prepare financial analysis, interpret and explain data;

  • Write and review regulatory planning documents (business continuity, strategy);

  • Create insightful reports and present the conclusions to the management;

  •  Help us to prepare for internal and external regulatory meetings (liaising with stakeholders, putting together presentations, presenting and taking minutes in the C-suite committees);

  • Work closely with the EU and Latvian regulators on new initiatives;

  • Collaborate with colleagues in IT, Finance, Risk;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise:

    - Latvia starting from 1600 - 2600 EUR gross before taxes

    - Lithuania 2000 - 3000 EUR gross before taxes

    - Estonia - according to your expertise

Explore the criteria

  • Experience in banking or finance is a strong advantage;

  • A degree in the field of business, economics, mathematics or IT;

  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

  • Ability to prepare analysis and to explain it to colleagues;

  • Understanding of a bank's balance sheet & main operations;

  • At least basic level in SQL;

  • A proactive problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn on the job;

  • Knowledge of banking regulations is an advantage;

  • Proficiency in English and local language.
