Explore the role

  • Develop and execute activities to attract and engage Private customers through partnerships and cooperations.

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with partners aligned with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership initiatives and offerings seamlessly into customer journeys.

  • Design and deliver value-driven offerings based on customer insights, lifecycle and market trends.

  • Manage the full cycle of offerings from ideation to implementation working closely with product and marketing teams.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and continuously refine offerings based on performance metrics and data-driven insights.

  • Monitor sales targets, analyze performance, and drive initiatives ensuring targets are met.

  • Assess the effectiveness of activities through various channels and make data-driven actions.

  • Fluency in Estonian and English, written and verbal, is a must.

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure you know what to expect during the recruitment. In case you will have any questions or doubts, one of our friendly Talent Project Managers will guide you through.

Application

We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
