Explore the role

  • Shape and execute Citadele’s People & Culture strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business goals.

  • Lead all aspects of talent management: acquisition, development, engagement, and succession planning.

  • Lead HR policy development, including compensation & benefits, motivation, and internal procedures.

  • Champion workplace well-being and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture.

  • Build and lead a high-performing People & Culture team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Bring the latest HR trends, digital HR solutions, and best practices into Citadele’s daily operations.

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from  6500 - 8000 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Law.

  • 5+ years of senior HR leadership experience.

  • Experience in the Pan Baltic region is a must-have, and international experience is considered a high priority.  

  • Strong strategic thinking and a true passion for people and culture.

  • Expertise in employment law, HR policies, and modern HR technologies.

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Fluent English language is required due Pan Baltic role (spoken and written).

  • Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
