Explore the role

  • Few years’ experience in banking supervision or risk management role in the banking group in EU (under direct ECB supervision would be an advantage);

  • Preferable experience in Credit risk area;

  • Ability to smoothly navigate in complex regulatory frameworks and make colleagues life easier by translating complex regulations into the real actions;

  • Strong communication skills: ability to listen, clear oral and written communication, feel free to communicate with different stakeholders;

  • Proficient in English, and Latvian/Lithuanian/Estonian;

  • Critical thinking, structured work approach, timely deliveries and attention to details are your daily business.

  • Monthly salary based on your skills and experience: Estonia - according to your expertise; Latvia: 2500 - 3500 EUR gross before taxes; Lithuania: 3000 - 4000 EUR gross before taxes

Explore the criteria

  • Contribute with your experience achieving the compliance with EU regulations and their implementation in the Citadele Group;

  • Coordinate 2communication with the JST and support the pipeline and all interactions related to it on daily basis (i.e. follow up on requests, coordination, monitoring and quality assurance of information exchange with JST, etc.);

  • Support the upgrade of internal processes and frameworks to meet supervisory expectations and other internal projects;

  • Further develop your understanding in a wide range of topics within the regulatory framework applicable to Citadele Group.
