New customer application form

If you have helped a relative, friend or acquaintance to choose the most suitable CBL 2nd pension pillar plan, fill out this application form. This way we will know that it is you who have increased the number of clients of CBL Asset Management.

Information for employees:
Your personal data will be processed by IPAS "CBL Asset Management" in order to ensure the collection of customer attraction campaign statistics and the granting of employment-related benefits to employees, provided that your rights are exercised in accordance with the privacy protection rules of Citadele employees (Procedures PR0368 "Ensuring privacy Disclaimers in the Citadele Group companies ” Appendix 5), which are available in Citadele's internal information system Confluence.

Information for all users:
The personal data of the new customer submitted by you will be processed by IPAS "CBL Asset Management" in order to ensure the collection of customer attraction campaign statistics, assuming that the rights of the new customer are exercised in accordance with the Privacy Protection Rules of IPAS "CBL Asset Management", available at www.citadele.lv . When submitting the personal data of the new customer, you, as the controller of personal data processing, are responsible for the fact that:

1. You have received the personal data of the new customer legally.
2. The new customer has given you permission to submit his personal data to IPAS "CBL Asset Management" for the above purposes.
3. You have informed the new customer on personal data processing and rights by IPAS "CBL Asset Management" at least to the extent mentioned in this notice.
