How to become our client

In mobile app

If you are not yet our client, you can join us without coming to a bank! Now, all you need is our app: take a “selfie”, and we will deliver your card to you within Latvian borders for free.

  • Take a photo of yourself and your ID
  • Fill in an application and receive your new C card by post in your address

If you're not 18 yet, ask your parents to open an account for you in online bank (if they're Citadele customers) or come to any of our branches with one parent.
