How to add your card?

Apple Pay

1. In the Citadele app under Cards, select your card and press Add to Apple Wallet.

2. Your card details will transfer automatically, and you will just have to confirm the Terms and Conditions of use.

3. If you have several Apple devices, add your card to those too using the same method.

4. If your version of Citadele application does not show an option to add a card in the app, follow this instruction.

Google Pay

1. In the Citadele app under Cards, select your card and press Add to Google Wallet.

2. Your card details will be entered automatically, and all you have to do is fill in your billing information and confirm the terms and conditions.

3. In the Cards section, also choose which card to use with Google Pay by default.

4. If your version of the Citadele app does not display the option to add a card in the app, follow this instruction.

Germin Pay

1. Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app on your device, tap Garmin Devices, and select your Garmin smartwatch.

2. Select Garmin Pay and tap Create Your Wallet.

3. Create your four-digit code, enter your card information and confirm the terms of use.

4. Enter the Authentication Code sent by SMS to your registered mobile number.

How to pay?


You can pay using your iPhone or Apple Watch at retail locations which support contactless payments in the same way as a contactless card.

  • To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the card reader.
  • For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID.
  • On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the card reader.

With Apple Pay, you can also make payments in apps and on websites.

  • To pay on websites, you have to use Safari. When choosing goods, select Checkout with Apple Pay and confirm the payment using Face ID or Touch ID.
  • If you are using older MacBook pro without Touch ID, you can confirm payment with other Apple device, such as iPhone.
  • To pay in apps, look for button Pay with Apple Pay.

You can pay using your Android phone in the same way as a contactless card at retail locations which support contactless payments.

  • Just wake up your Android phone and hold it near the reader until you see a check mark. You don’t even need to open the app.
  • For payments above 50 EUR, you will have to unlock your screen and hold your phone close to the payment reader again.

With Google Pay, you can also make payments in apps and on websites.

  • If you have already added your payment card, then there is no need to enter your payment details again - just select Google Pay as a payment method and confirm the purchase.

Pay using your Garmin smartwatch in all stores that support contactless payments.

  • Access the smartwatch's Control Menu. Tap the Wallet icon and enter your four-digit passcode.
  • Select the Card you want to use by swiping up or down or using the Up and Down buttons.
  • Hold your wrist near the contactless terminal. A green tick will appear when the transaction is successful.
  • Remember! You will be prompted to enter your passcode every 24 hours or after every time you put the smartwatch back on after taking it off.
  • Be aware! If you enter your passcode incorrectly three times, your wallet locks, and you must reset your passcode in the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
