How do I start using eParaksts mobile?

To become an eParaksts mobile user, you have to: 

  • Be at least 14 years old
  • Have a valid identity document issued by the Republic of Latvia (passport or eID card)
  • Have a smart device with an Android operating system 8.0 (or later) or iOS 13.0 (or later).

To start using eParaksts mobile, you have to sign a contract remotely with the eID card on your smartphone. More information is available on the eParaksts website.
If you do not have eID card or PIN codes, you can also log into eParaksts mobile using your Citadele credentials, complete the application, and sign the contract.
