How to transform the additional card with the parent's account into a C smart card with a separate account?

Up to 18 years.  It is possible to transform the supplementary card into a C smart card with a separate account at the nearest bank branch for a young person together with a parent (or guardian). The card can also be reformatted by a parent or guardian without the child present, by calling +371 6701 0000 or visiting a branch. A child or young person with a separate account has access to the mobile app to block/unblock the card, change the PIN or make transfers.

From the age of 16 (with regular income), a young person can open an account himself and apply for his C smart card at the most convenient branch.

From the age of 18, you can become a customer in the Citadele mobile app or in a bank branch.

A parent can close their child's supplementary card in the Internet bank, in a branch or by calling +371 6701 0000.
