What should I do if I want to return a product I purchased with Klix Pay Later?

If, for any reason, you wish to return a product you purchased, you must inform the retailer. If the retailer agrees to cancel the product purchase agreement, they employee will inform us about the termination and return the money directly to us. After the money is returned, the loan will be automatically cancelled within one business day (or, if the order is only partially cancelled, your loan will be partially repaid). In case you made deposit, contact the retailer to receive refund for it.
