How to transfer financial instruments from another bank to Citadele bank?

In order to receive financial instruments from another bank, existing customers need a financial instruments account in Citadele.

If the financial instrument account is opened, the following steps must be taken:

1. Submit an order to Citadele for receiving financial instruments, specifying the details of the financial instrument to be transferred, the bank from which the transfer of financial instruments will be made and the account number of the financial instruments. It is most convenient to do this in the Citadele internet bank in the "Investments" section (New order > Securities > Receiving financial instruments). 
2. Submit an order for the transfer of financial instruments to the bank from which the transfer of financial instruments will be made, indicating the account number of the relevant financial instruments in Citadel.

Please note that the details of the transfer orders must match on both sides.
