Can I purchase a vehicle held under an operating (rental) lease?

Yes. Write a request to receive a final invoice and email it to lizings@citadele.lv;
Within five business days, you will receive an invoice for the final payment by email;
After receiving payment of the invoice, we will submit an electronic change of ownership notice to the CSDD database;
Await an email confirming change of ownership from the CSDD and re-register your ownership within five calendar days of receiving the email:
– on e-CSDD, log in and go to Vehicles > Receive a registration certificate. More information in CSDD hompeage;
– at any in-person CSDD customer service centre.
