What happens if I do not update the data in the customer questionnaire in time?

In accordance with the regulatory enactments, Citadele is obliged to ensure that the documents, personal data and information obtained during customer due diligence are stored, regularly evaluated and updated. 

The Bank informs a customer about the need to update the questionnaire 60 days prior to the end of the term by placing a relevant notification in the customer's online banking and mobile application.

If the questionnaire is not completed, the Bank may restrict the customer's access to certain banking services, e.g., money transfers in the online banking/mobile application. 

Once the questionnaire is updated, Citadele will immediately remove the restrictions and banking services can be accessed as normal.
