What should I do if I receive a text message / e-mail from the bank with a link where I have to enter my Online banking data?

Do not enter your data under any circumstances! Bank will never send text messages or e-mails with a request to enter your internet banking data. We remind you that under no circumstances should you open suspicious links in text messages or e-mails, disclose or enter your bank account information, card data and/or Internet banking authorization data. Please pay attention to which operation you confirm or initiate, and always compare the control code in the Internet bank and the mobile app. If you receive suspicious messages, please contact us via e-mail info@citadele.lv
