How will the Beneficiary receive my Lifetime pension?

For your beneficiary to receive your Lifetime Pension, they must submit:

• an application to receive a Lifetime Pension;
• a copy of their passport or ID card, after showing us the original;
• a copy of your death certificate, after showing us the original (if requested by the insurer).

Pension payments will resume with the next regular payment date once all necessary documents have been submitted.

Your Lifetime Pension will be paid to your beneficiary until the end of the guaranteed period as detailed in the policy. The insurer will also disburse the unpaid portion of your pension for the period between your date of death and us receiving the application.
