How can I submit the inheritance certificate to the Bank?

You can attach the inheritance certificate signed by a notary with a secure electronic signature, enclosing: 

  1. a completed and electronically signed application form for the payout of inherited funds; 
  2. a payment order confirming the payment of the commission fee; 
  3. a valid identification document* signed with a secure electronic signature (identity card must be visible from both sides). 

If you are our customer and use online banking, you can also submit the inheritance certificate signed by a notary with a secure electronic signature to the online banking. 
Please note that if a distribution agreement has been concluded among the heirs, then in addition to the previously mentioned documents, the distribution agreement signed with a secure electronic signature by a notary must also be attached. 


If you are the sole heir, please fill out the application for payment of inherited funds to the sole heir
If you are one of several heirs, please fill out the application for payment of inherited funds to one of several heirs

* The identification document must be attached if you are not our customer or if you are our customer but have not updated the identification document at the Bank.
