Representation of Persons with Limited Legal Capacity at Citadele

A person with limited legal capacity at Citadele is represented by a guardian. The guardian is appointed by the Orphan’s Court, which specifies the areas in which representation is to be carried out. The court may also determine that the person with limited legal capacity can represent themselves together with the guardian in certain areas. In such cases, they must come to Citadele together.
Please note that for specific actions, it may be necessary to submit a separate decision from the Orphan’s Court to Citadele.
