To whom does the bank provide information about the amount of state-guaranteed compensation owed to a minor?

Information about the state-guaranteed compensation for a minor can be obtained by the minor's representative, which includes only:

Parents (upon presentation of a passport and the minor's birth certificate).
A guardian appointed by the Orphan's Court (upon presentation of a passport and the court decision appointing guardianship over the minor).
A representative authorized by the compensation recipient (parent or guardian).
