State-guaranteed compensation

To whom does the bank provide information about the amount of state-guaranteed compensation owed to a minor?

Information about the state-guaranteed compensation for a minor can be obtained by the minor's representative, which includes only:

  • Parents (upon presentation of a passport and the minor's birth certificate).
  • A guardian appointed by the Orphan's Court (upon presentation of a passport and the court decision appointing guardianship over the minor).
  • A representative authorized by the compensation recipient (parent or guardian).

Information is provided only at the bank after verifying the representative's legal rights. Information is not provided by phone or in any other way.
