What documents are required to receive state-guaranteed compensation?

To receive state-guaranteed compensation for a minor, the following documents must be presented at the bank:

  • For a parent of the compensation recipient: a passport, the minor's birth certificate, and the Orphan's Court authorization to receive state-guaranteed compensation.
  • For a guardian appointed by the Orphan's Court: the Orphan's Court decision on the appointment of guardianship, the guardian's passport, the child's birth certificate, and the Orphan's Court authorization to receive state-guaranteed compensation.
  • For a representative authorized by the compensation recipient: a notarized power of attorney authorizing the opening of an account in the name of the minor recipient, the authorized person's passport, the child's birth certificate, and the Orphan's Court authorization to receive state-guaranteed compensation.
