Depositing cash at an ATM

To pay cash into an ATM, bear in mind the information shown in picture 1. After entering your PIN code in the ATM, select Deposit Cash.

Enter the banknotes into the ATM as shown in the picture.

The ATM will display how much has been submitted and in what denominations. You must then decide what to do with the banknotes you have deposited.

The ATM will complete the actions you selected and show them on the screen.

3. Withholds a banknote

What to do if an ATM withholds a banknote?

If money that was deposited into an ATM has been withheld on suspicion of falsification, it will display information on how many banknotes have been withheld. The remaining money will be paid into your account.
In this situation, you can submit an application to the bank. However, bear in mind that processing this application may take up to 2 months.

To fill in an application, go to the online bank under Correspondence with Bank and select Claim for an Unsuccessful ATM Transaction.
Ensure that you fill in all the fields marked with a star.

After entering the information, sign the application and submit it. Click Next and confirm the payment with your authorisation device.
You can always check the application status under Document History.
