How can we help with payment cards?

Payment card was blocked, because you entered incorrect PIN?

Did you block your payment card in Online Banking yourself / calling a bank?

What kind of payment card blocking did you perform?

Have you already replaced a blocked payment card?

Why can’t I unblock my payment card?

If your payment card was annulled because it was lost or stolen, and you already ordered a new card in its place, you will no longer be able to unblock it.

If you have filled in the application for card replacement, please wait for your new card - you will hear when it is available via SMS at the phone number you registered with the bank.
