How can we help with payment cards?

Payment card was blocked, because you entered incorrect PIN?

Did you block your payment card in Online Banking yourself / calling a bank?

What kind of payment card blocking did you perform?

In which channel do you want to unlock the card?

How do I unblock a payment card which was blocked at an ATM or temporarily in the bank app?

To unblock a payment card which has been blocked temporarily, go to the online bank under Accounts and Cards, and select Unblock card.

When you open Unblock card, you must select which card you wish to unblock.

 

 

After selecting, you must sign and send for approval. Click on Next and confirm with your authorisation tool.

You can always check the status of this activity under Document History.

If you can not access the Online banking, please take a look in flow Disruptions to access the Online banking.
