Once you have received a confirmation that we have evaluated your creditworthiness, we will prepare a personalised offer with all the products available to you. You can view this through the Citadele online bank, mobile app or on the website under My Applications.

The offer will display its expiry date, available products, the maximum loan amount available per product, and the interest rate.

The offer may be comprised of one or more products. 
For example, if a car loan is not included in the offer, you will not be able to sign a contract for this, and you will have to select one of our other products.

To process a loan, choose whether to process your loan remotely (in Online banking or Mobile app) or in person at a branch. If you wish to sign at a branch, you must make an appointment here.
