When trying to connect to Citadele Phone POS, a notification appears that the app is blocked

Such message may appear, for example:

  • if the app is transferred from one device to another and not downloaded from Google Play;
  • the device is in debugging mode (Debug mode);
  • the device has root rights activated.

Debug mode or root rights must be disabled using the device manual. To unblock the device, you need to contact us by writing a message in the online bank or in the chat of the mobile app.
