Why can't I accept the payment?

If you are unable to accept the payment, make sure that:

  • the NFC module is activated and the app is allowed to use NFC;
  • there is a contactless payment sign on the customer's card and/or ask the customer to check whether the contactless payment function is not disabled;
  • the payment card was removed too quickly - asks the customer to bring the card closer and not to remove it until the message that the card has been successfully read appears on the screen;
  • the card is put to the NFC module - find the location of the NFC module on the device, where the strongest antenna signal for card reading is received;
  • the customer uses a VISA or Mastercard card for payments; if another card is used, it may belong to an unsupported payment system;
  • objects block the signal between the device and the payment card – remove objects that can affect the processing of the payment card, for example the protective cover of the device.

We also remind you that when using the app, you must not:

  • disable the permissions initially granted to the app;
  • switch to split screen mode (split screen mode);
  • use the photo/video camera (both front and rear) in visible or hidden mode;
  • take a screenshot of the content displayed on the screen or record a video of it;
  • use mobile remote apps (eg “TeamViewer”, “AirDroid”);
  • allow tapXphone app window to overlay on windows of other apps or system functions.
