Unable to connect to Citadeles Phone POS app

  • If this is the first time you try to connect to the app, your username and password are the e-mail you provided when applied for Citadeles Phone POS (case sensitive). After connecting to the app for the first time, it is possible to change the password.
  • If the payment terminal is activated and the default password has been changed, make sure to enter your new password.
  • If there is another user using this device with the same login name and password, check if that user hasn’t changed the password.
  • If you don't remember the app password and want to change it, please see instruction How to change the password for the app in Merchant portal.
