Can't connect to merchant portal

  • If this is the first time you try to connect to the portal, the username is your e-mail, which you provided when applied for Citadeles Phone POS. The password has been sent to the email address together with the confirmation of the Merchant registration.
  • If there is another user who has access to the Merchant Portal, please check that this user has not changed the password.
  • If you do not remember the Merchant's password and want to change it, please see instruction on How to change the password.
