What can be done in Citadele Phone POS?

In the app:

  • accept payments;
  • cancel the transaction within the working day;
  • review all transactions made during the working day;
  • close the working day;
  • change the cashier password for the app.

In the Merchant portal:

  • add new users and manage existing ones;
  • restore the user's password for the app;
  • manage devices and terminals, connect or disconnect a payment terminal from one mobile device and link it to another device;
  • view all transactions made in the app;
  • close the working day;
  • change the password for access to the Merchant Portal.
