I have completed the application. What to do next?

After you have finished completion of the application, a bank representative will contact you if necessary. If the application is successful and no additional information is required, you will receive the following information in the near future:

  • an e-mail about the successful completion of the application and instructions on how to proceed;
  • an SMS with the login to the Online Banking (if a new Online Banking Agreement was drawn up).

To view detailed information about the services you applied for, go to the section of the website “My applications”.

1) To view the status of your application and detailed information about the services of by Citadele banka you applied for, log in with a secure electronic signature.

2) After you have been granted access to the Online Banking, create a password with which you will be able to identify yourself by telephone on behalf of the company.

Be sure to do this, because if you have questions about your company’s services and would like to contact us by telephone, we will need to identify you as a company representative. When you call us, we will ask for your telephone password and you will have to state it. Without this password, we will not be able to verify by telephone that you are authorized to represent the company and will not be able to provide any information about the company’s accounts and other products.

How to activate Online Banking?
If you are a new user of the Online Banking and you need to activate the authorization device MobileSCAN for the Online Banking, go to the section of the website “My applications”

1) To activate MobileSCAN, log in to the section “My Applications”.

2) After authorization, you will see detailed information about the company’s application, the services applied for and the activation of MobileSCAN.

3) In addition, download Citadele’s mobile app from Google play or App store to enable MobileSCAN activation.

4) After activating your Online Banking, create the company’s password for telephone identification.
