To check the status of your payment in the online bank, go to Document History.

When you open Document History, you will see a list of the last documents submitted to the bank, including payments. To find out your payment status, click on the relevant payment, and the payment details will open on the right-hand side. The payment details include payment status and the time it was given.

On the same page, under the list of documents, is an explanation of every payment status. To find out what to do for each payment status, click here.

If you are looking for a payment made some time ago, you are able to select the specific period when you made this payment.
