Advise the Board of Directors and Management Board on corporate governance, legal compliance;

Minute Board meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions, decisions, and action points;

Ensure adherence to corporate laws, financial sector regulations, and listing requirements (if applicable);

Oversee corporate structuring, including entity formation, mergers, and reorganisations;

Manage shareholder rights, annual general meetings (AGMs), and resolutions;

Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from 2200 - 2700 EUR gross before taxes.

University degree in Law;

Previous work experience - preferably in the financial sector;

Ability to multi-task, independently prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations;

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the operation of credit institutions and their regulatory enactments;

Possess outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English and Latvian, as the job requires communication at a Baltic level.
