Explore the role

  • Advise the Board of Directors and Management Board on corporate governance, legal compliance;

  • Minute Board meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions, decisions, and action points;

  • Ensure adherence to corporate laws, financial sector regulations, and listing requirements (if applicable);

  • Oversee corporate structuring, including entity formation, mergers, and reorganisations;

  • Manage shareholder rights, annual general meetings (AGMs), and resolutions;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from 2200 - 2700 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • University degree in Law;

  • Previous work experience - preferably in the financial sector;

  • Ability to multi-task, independently prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations;

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the operation of credit institutions and their regulatory enactments;

  • Possess outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English and Latvian, as the job requires communication at a Baltic level.

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
